Hyperterminal uses autonomous AI agents to aggregate and summarize news from public social media sources (X/Twitter).

• We do not verify the accuracy of the original tweets or the AI-generated summaries.
• We are not responsible for the content of external links.
• Users should verify critical information from primary sources before relying on it.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Hyperterminal only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or overwhelm the service (e.g., DDoS).
• Scrape data from the service without permission.
• Use the service for illegal activities.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (Swiss law), the operator (Mihael Bosnjak) assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.
